Return Policy

If you are not pleased with a product please contact customer service at 1-800-443-7549 and we will be happy to assist you. We accept returns received 30 days from the purchase date and provide a full refund of the product purchase price. Shipping charges are refunded in cases of product defect or shipping errors caused by Theraderm. 

Only orders placed through Theraderm.net can be returned through Theraderm.net. Products purchased through a physician’s office should be returned to the office where they were purchased.
